JOE SALERNO Age 75 Founded Glazing Systems in June of 1983 at the age of 56. He is CEO and still active in the business on a daily basis. He has been in the Glass Industry for over 55 years. Refers to himself as the head Grunt.
MARK SALERNO Age 45 Joined the Company in the fall of 1991 and is now President. He is responsible for Sales and is also Contract Manager. His duties include collections, accounts payable and receivable as well as overseeing the Contract Department. He refers to himself as SCOOP.
RON SATTERFIELD Age 43 Joined the Company as an apprentice Glazier in January 0f 1987 and is now General Foreman and Glazing Superintendent. He is also responsible for Shop Drawings and material ordering on Contracts. He is the Company’s Computer Guru and designed this Web Page. He has a good working knowledge of AutoCAD
DEBBIE SATTERFIELD Age 41 Joined the Company in April of 2002 as a receptionist. She is now Office Manager and is Computer Literate with MS Word And MS Works along with many other programs. Her duties include Billings, Contract Proposals, The Company Books and she is also very proficient at keeping the rest of us in line especially her husband Ron who is the Foreman of the Operation.
